Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Louison Deswarte started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Poulx got a freekick which was hit by Louison Deswarte. Eden Lemoine made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Germain Jean-Louis sent off a good shot on target. Léon Bourrier kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Kévin Olivieri fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eden Lemoine, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Germain Jean-Louis got free with Eden Lemoine in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 played minutes Poulx got a freekick which was hit by Gilles Aurousseau. Poulx's Eden Lemoine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Poulx from getting a goal against them. Kévin Olivieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eden Lemoine having to interfere. Poulx's Eden Lemoine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kévin Olivieri in the 17th minute of play. Mohamed-Ali Claudel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louison Deswarte in the 20th minute of the match. Germain Jean-Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Kévin Olivieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nathanaël Guiraud kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Samuel Pieters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Poulx's Gaston Lourme got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Porto Vecchio getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Aurélien Gaudillère hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Louison Deswarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohamed-Ali Claudel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 35 minutes into the match, Porto Vecchio's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Lourme came free, but Mohamed-Ali Claudel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Ulysse Roge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute of the match Samuel Pieters shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mohamed-Ali Claudel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Louison Deswarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed-Ali Claudel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salim Guesnon went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Poulx's goal looked a bit too open when Kévin Olivieri came free, but Eden Lemoine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 52nd minute, Gaston Lourme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poulx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Louison Deswarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute Kévin Olivieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eden Lemoine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Poulx's Salim Guesnon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mohamed-Ali Claudel. That made the score 0-4 after 68 minutes of play. In the 74th minute, Mamadou Gourlay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mohamed-Ali Claudel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Louison Deswarte went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Porto Vecchio's zone, Louison Deswarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohamed-Ali Claudel came out of the goal and Louison Deswarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Porto Vecchio booed when Poulx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilles Aurousseau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kévin Olivieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eden Lemoine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germain Jean-Louis in the 90th minute of the match. Louison Deswarte struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Mohamed-Ali Claudel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulx. When the match was over Poulx could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Porto Vecchio throughout the match.
