Salim Bourillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faudel Carabin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Billy Valin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rassuen's supporters rose to their feet, but Billy Valin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faudel Carabin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Salim Bourillon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Omar Zajac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean-Cyrille Strub was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rassuen's zone, Omar Zajac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Cyrille Strub came out of the goal and Omar Zajac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 46 minutes into the match, Rassuen's goal looked a bit too open when Farid Pasco came free, but Jean-Cyrille Strub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Farid Pasco hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Farid Pasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Cyrille Strub having to interfere. Jean-Cyrille Strub stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Omar Zajac's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. With his leg Faudel Carabin managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Rassuen's Billy Valin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Salim Bourillon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faudel Carabin was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Omar Zajac managed to get in a good position for a shot. Massy's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Zajac was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean-Cyrille Strub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th play minute Billy Valin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Faudel Carabin. 1-1. 74 minutes into the game, Salim Bourillon lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Faudel Carabin. If Billy Valin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jean-Cyrille Strub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farid Pasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Massy's goalkeeper Faudel Carabin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Valin. After a rather tough play, Rassuen's Modeste Ragueneau got a free kick in the 89th minute. Omar Zajac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Cyrille Strub having to interfere.
