Cour-Cheverny's Djimmy Teyssier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Bureau in the 13th minute of play. Jean-Pierre Tassart's late challenge caught a Cour-Cheverny's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Pierre Tassart helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Julnini FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cour-Cheverny:s goal. Julnini FC:s John Vigneau showed great skill when he stopped Florian Campana:s penalty. Carl Bureau took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Djimmy Teyssier. Djimmy Teyssier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Carl Bureau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Chabert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 played minutes Cour-Cheverny got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Bagot. Steven Morvant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Djimmy Teyssier made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Carl Bureau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Djimmy Teyssier was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 33rd minute Carl Bureau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Djimmy Teyssier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Bureau who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Djimmy Teyssier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernard Plichon in the 36th minute of play forced Cour-Cheverny's goalkeeper Djimmy Teyssier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Wehrle kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Steven Morvant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Djimmy Teyssier having to interfere. Cour-Cheverny's Djimmy Teyssier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Cour-Cheverny from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

53 minutes into the match, Julnini FC's goalkeeper John Vigneau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilbert Wehrle. John Vigneau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Brandy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 56 minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Cour-Cheverny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Brandy to maneuver through the defense. Jean-Charles Zidane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Djimmy Teyssier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Djimmy Teyssier came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Julnini FC's Carl Bureau. But to his dismay, Carl Bureau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Bureau in the 92nd minute of play forced Cour-Cheverny's goalkeeper Djimmy Teyssier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julnini FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
