A collision led to Zimmersheim getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Valérien Gaschet hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Gharbi in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vincent Lucchini saved Zimmersheim from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Mathias Gharbi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Allemogne's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathias Gharbi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Lucchini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the game, Zimmersheim's Amine Guinand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noël Haas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Vincent Lucchini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Gharbi in the 13th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Djamel Jeannot in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noël Haas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Allemogne's goalkeeper Noël Haas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amine Guinand. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Jackson Christmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Allemogne's supporters rose to their feet, but Jackson Christmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Lucchini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zimmersheim fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! Bilal Veran walked up to take care of the penalty kick. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Djamel Jeannot to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Djamel Jeannot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zimmersheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djamel Jeannot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vincent Lucchini made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Jackson Christmann sent off a good shot on target. Mathias Gharbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Vincent Lucchini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jackson Christmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Vincent Lucchini made a huge save. In the 65th match minute, Zimmersheim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lionel Pourcelot to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Zimmersheim's zone, Jackson Christmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vincent Lucchini came out of the goal and Jackson Christmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salomon Levy kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play Zimmersheim's Valérien Gaschet was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Allemogne booed when Zimmersheim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valérien Gaschet didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Amine Guinand came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Zimmersheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amine Guinand couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Amine Guinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zimmersheim's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
