Spectators: 7406 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sam Le Roy started the match with the kick off. Chaptelat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Alban Sarre scored to the left of an out of position Georges Santiago, making the score, 1-0. Julien Degouys short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Georges Santiago to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 7 minutes into the match, Chaptelat's goal looked a bit too open when Tristan Migeon came free, but Georges Santiago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sam Le Roy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Marie Hollard was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Jocelyn Belarbi took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean-Marie Hollard. Jean-Marie Hollard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Jocelyn Belarbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Le Roy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Marie Hollard having to interfere. The Aguilas Champagne fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Aguilas Champagne's Tanguy Cabaret looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Georges Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Gary, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Georges Santiago successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Georges Santiago made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Tristan Migeon sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the game, Norbert Pasteur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Georges Santiago. Norbert Pasteur showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Chaptelat's Georges Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Pasteur in the 54th minute of play. Georges Santiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanguy Cabaret in the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chaptelat's zone, Norbert Pasteur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georges Santiago came out of the goal and Norbert Pasteur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute Tanguy Cabaret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georges Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolphe Combaz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Jean-Marc Chabrier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georges Santiago skillfully saved the ball. Chaptelat's Georges Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jason Gary in the 64th minute of play. Georges Santiago came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Aguilas Champagne's Tanguy Cabaret. But to his dismay, Tanguy Cabaret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 73rd minute Norbert Pasteur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georges Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georges Santiago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jason Gary went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Georges Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanguy Cabaret in the 80th minute of play. With a little luck, Aguilas Champagne's Jean-Marie Hollard got control of the ball when Jocelyn Belarbi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Aguilas Champagne's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Le Roy came free, but Jean-Marie Hollard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chaptelat defense, Norbert Pasteur kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georges Santiago. The Chaptelat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georges Santiago should have stopped the shot. Georges Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Migeon in the 90th minute of play. Roland Doux hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sam Le Roy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jean-Marie Hollard. That made the score 6-2 in the 96 minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aguilas Champagne had played much better football throughout.
