Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lorenzo Belly started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Hardifort's Jérôme Henry got a free kick in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Jackson Santamaria sped through Olivet's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of John-David Philipps. When Hardifort's Johnny Jeanmaire in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olivet's goalie prevented a goal. After 20 minutes, Tim Brioude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivet and the Hardifort players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tim Brioude hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Joseph Ringard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Korneliusz Gurgul read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24thth minute of the game Lorenzo Belly who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olivet's John-David Philipps was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Olivet:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hardifort:s goal. John-David Philipps had in the 30thth minute some difficulties stopping Dudu Vianna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. John-David Philipps stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Jeanmaire's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Johnny Jeanmaire sped through Olivet's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of John-David Philipps. Lorenzo Belly blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John-David Philipps having to make a save. Pierre-Antoine Paret hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joseph Ringard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ronald Bichet fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Olivet's Hamid Faivre got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Johnny Jeanmaire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Johnny Jeanmaire could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which John-David Philipps however easily saved by the left post. Paul-Émile Klotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Korneliusz Gurgul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hardifort's Lorenzo Belly got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Joseph Ringard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hardifort the free kick. Joseph Ringard hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Jackson Santamaria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Olivet's Pierre-Antoine Paret got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Johnny Jeanmaire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hardifort's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Jeanmaire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. John-David Philipps breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnny Jeanmaire got free with John-David Philipps in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Johnny Jeanmaire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hardifort's Lorenzo Belly got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Olivet's goalkeeper John-David Philipps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jackson Santamaria. In the 87th play minute Johnny Jeanmaire came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised John-David Philipps. 0-5. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Johnny Jeanmaire got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 95th match minute, Olivet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoffroy Roubaud to maneuver through the defense. Hardifort played a much better game than Olivet and deserved their victory. The Olivet players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
