With a little luck, Esery's Auguste Jobard got control of the ball when Donald Colombier tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Freki's Donald Colombier slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Auguste Jobard. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Donald Colombier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auguste Jobard having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Yazid Zimmermann managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Freki's supporters rose to their feet, but Yazid Zimmermann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Auguste Jobard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd play minute Donald Colombier came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Auguste Jobard. 2-0. Auguste Jobard didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donald Colombier went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Auguste Jobard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yazid Zimmermann in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Donald Colombier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Freki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donald Colombier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donald Colombier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Auguste Jobard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Esery getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Justin Nebout hit a great ball. Auguste Jobard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donald Colombier, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 44 minutes into the game, Luka Gross was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Freki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esery the free kick. Luka Gross hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Donald Colombiers short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Auguste Jobard to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tom Mouraud kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jean-Marc Barillet made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Harry Dubouchet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Freki fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Donald Colombier might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Auguste Jobard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donald Colombier ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esery's goalkeeper Auguste Jobard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Auguste Jobard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donald Colombier's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. The audience was convinced that Donald Colombier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Auguste Jobard was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Esery's Auguste Jobard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donald Colombier in the 61st minute of play. Kilian Basque hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Auguste Jobard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathis Grognet in the 64th minute of the match. Jean-Marc Barillet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Didier Bonnefoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Donald Colombier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Auguste Jobard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Auguste Jobard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donald Colombier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Freki's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mathis Grognet in the 80th minute. A nice corner shot did that Mathis Grognet got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Auguste Jobard quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Antonin Lallemant's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Auguste Jobard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Donald Colombier might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Auguste Jobard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donald Colombier ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute Donald Colombier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Auguste Jobard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yazid Zimmermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Auguste Jobard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rémy Labarrère recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Freki's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
