Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Villarcher's Dave Chaplain started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Defrou FC's Désiré Million got a free kick in the 3rd minute. John-Paul Lecanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cédric Nys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Renaudin in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Villarcher's goalkeeper Cédric Nys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Renaudin. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Renaudin in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cédric Nys prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentin Renaudin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Cédric Nys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eden Loison kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Dave Chaplain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Steinmetz having to interfere. Cédric Nys was a little too slow when Valentin Renaudin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Renaudin to strike the kick off in the second half. Cédric Nys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Renaudin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute of the match, Tanguy Marconnet got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mario Steinmetz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by John-Paul Lecanu in the 63rd minute of play forced Villarcher's goalkeeper Cédric Nys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John-Paul Lecanu scored 4-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cédric Nys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Renaudin struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Cédric Nys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defrou FC. Dave Chaplain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Steinmetz having to interfere. When Ilan Sonzogni fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Defrou FC's protests and gave Ilan Sonzogni a yellow card for diving instead. Ilan Sonzogni hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Valentin Renaudin succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Cédric Nys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Zitte in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villarcher's goalkeeper Cédric Nys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Villarcher's zone, Valentin Renaudin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cédric Nys came out of the goal and Valentin Renaudin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Fabrice Sery fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villarcher's protests and gave Fabrice Sery a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Villarcher getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Fabrice Sery hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Defrou FC fully deserved thier win.
