Eden Serra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renaud Barry in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Salome's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrille Raimbault came free, but Robert Boiteau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franck Cabrol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Robert Boiteau made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabien Courtecuisse in the 20th minute of play forced Merchâteau's goalkeeper Eden Serra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Fabien Courtecuisse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salome's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabien Courtecuisse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Merchâteau's Cyrille Raimbault dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Cyrille Raimbault managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merchâteau's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyrille Raimbault was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Boiteau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cyrille Raimbault fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Boiteau having to interfere. Cyrille Raimbault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabien Courtecuisse in the 48th minute of play forced Merchâteau's goalkeeper Eden Serra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 54 minutes, Cyrille Raimbault made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Salome's Robert Boiteau tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the game, Merchâteau's Cyrille Raimbault nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Boiteau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. In the 63rd match minute, Merchâteau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Bessin to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes Salome got a freekick which was hit by Renaud Barry. 65 minutes into the game, Merchâteau's Cyrille Raimbault nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Boiteau made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Robert Boiteau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Raimbault, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Camille Marchive managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merchâteau's supporters rose to their feet, but Camille Marchive was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Boiteau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franck Cabrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Robert Boiteau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyrille Raimbault's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Boiteau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Salome's Robert Boiteau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Bessin in the 79th minute of play. Jean-Cyrille Gelly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Eden Serra made a huge save. Eden Serra made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Jean-Cyrille Gelly sent off a good shot on target. Xavier Bessin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Renaud Barry got free with Eden Serra in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robert Boiteau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrille Raimbault in the 91st minute of the match. Renaud Barry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Eden Serra made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Merchâteau's goalkeeper Eden Serra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean-Cyrille Gelly. Merchâteau walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
