Erchin's Auguste Touche got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mathis Bergerot made a kick off. When Mounir Chauvot came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Erchin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mounir Chauvot couldn't finish the play. Mounir Chauvot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Robert Boiteau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danny Viricel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salome. Jean-Cyrille Gelly charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean-Cyrille Gelly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 minutes, Mounir Chauvot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Erchin and the Salome players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mounir Chauvot hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Salome's Mathys Raveneau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danny Viricel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Erchin's Robert Boiteau threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mounir Chauvot, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thibault Demont during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thibault Demont hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Erchin played a much better game than Salome and deserved their victory. The Salome players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
