Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Martial Gobert started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Charles-Henri Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jason Lanoue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martial Gobert in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martial Gobert in the 17th minute of play forced Didenheim's goalkeeper Jason Lanoue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Martial Gobert came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Montagnole FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martial Gobert couldn't finish the play. Olivier Serot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jason Lanoue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Didenheim got a freekick which was hit by Clovis Rocton. 33 minutes into the match, Montagnole FC's goalkeeper Danny Arpin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles-Henri Colin. A hard shot by Boris Deloffre from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Danny Arpin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 37th minute, Martial Gobert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montagnole FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles-Henri Colin to strike the kick off in the second half. Martial Gobert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Jason Lanoue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Octave Goupy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Danny Arpin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Charles-Henri Colin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Didenheim's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles-Henri Colin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danny Arpin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute Batiste Lavandier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Lanoue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jason Lespinasse hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Montagnole FC's Batiste Lavandier got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee showed Martial Gobert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes Montagnole FC got a freekick which was hit by Martial Gobert. After a rather tough play, Didenheim's Lucas Chabert got a free kick in the 79th minute. Jason Lanoue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabin Génot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martial Gobert in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jason Lanoue saved Didenheim from getting behind. Didenheim's Jason Lanoue proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Didenheim from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Didenheim getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Clovis Rocton hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, Yannick Bolé was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montagnole FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Didenheim the free kick. Yannick Bolé hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Lucas Chabert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Arpin having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Batiste Lavandier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Montagnole FC played a much better game than Didenheim and deserved their victory. The Didenheim players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
