An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Sévestre in the 20th minute of play forced Vedene's goalkeeper Sofiane Troadec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yves Sévestre took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sofiane Troadec. Sofiane Troadec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sofiane Troadec came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Drep's Fernand Hernandez. But to his dismay, Fernand Hernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Sofiane Troadec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donatien Riguet in the 28th minute of play. Yves Sévestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sofiane Troadec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Renan Jacquemin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drep's supporters rose to their feet, but Renan Jacquemin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sofiane Troadec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 48 minutes into the game, Drep's Yves Sévestre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yves Sévestre to strike the kick off in the second half. Sofiane Troadec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Drep's Joffrey Artus pulled a muscle in his back after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Drep's Sébastien Chalier was substituted for Joffrey Artus. Redouane Goblet hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Sofiane Troadec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Sévestre in the 94th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yves Sévestre in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sofiane Troadec saved Vedene from getting behind. If Yves Sévestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded Drep left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vedene.
