An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Piquet in the 6th minute of play forced Drep's goalkeeper Thibaut Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lech Kalinowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibaut Hidalgo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Radoy Boynov notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Drep's Thibaut Hidalgo. Thibaut Hidalgo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thibaut Hidalgo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Piquet in the 13th minute of play. When Napollon's Lech Kalinowski in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drep's goalie prevented a goal. Josselin Laffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yves Sévestre in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Lech Kalinowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Napollon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Napollon's Josselin Laffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Pierre Magnet in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Drep's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Piquet came free, but Thibaut Hidalgo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Abadia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Napollon got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Abadia. The supporters of Drep booed when Napollon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Piquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 minutes of play, Napollon's Lech Kalinowski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thibaut Hidalgo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 37 played minutes Napollon got a freekick which was hit by Radoy Boynov.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yves Sévestre stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Napollon getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Radoy Boynov hit a great ball. Josselin Laffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Pierre Magnet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rémi Geay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thibaut Hidalgo having to interfere. Drep's Yves Sévestre got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lech Kalinowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Napollon booed when Drep was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joffrey Artus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lech Kalinowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Thibaut Hidalgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rémi Geay's late challenge caught a Drep's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rémi Geay helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Napollon's Rémi Geay got a free kick in the 86th minute. Lech Kalinowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thibaut Hidalgo having to interfere. Justin Vienot hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Drep's Thibaut Hidalgo got control of the ball when Karl Piquet tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Napollon walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
