The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Firmin Spitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sofiane Troadec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sofiane Troadec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Soullard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sofiane Troadec was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Johan Carli. In the 12th minute, MadeInFrance's Theo Soullard ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sofiane Troadec. Sofiane Troadec yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 17th match minute, Vedene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Redouane Goblet to maneuver through the defense. Theo Soullard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sofiane Troadec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Vedene got a freekick which was hit by Mehdi Courtecuisse. Sofiane Troadec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascal Sabatie, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Theo Soullard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sofiane Troadec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Émile Tavernier in the 30th minute of the match. With his leg Sofiane Troadec managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when MadeInFrance's Theo Soullard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 32nd minute, MadeInFrance's Émile Tavernier dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Theo Soullard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sofiane Troadec having to make a save. Kilian Lardière hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Vedene's Benoît Belkacem got a free kick in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Vedene's goalkeeper Sofiane Troadec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Theo Soullard. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theo Soullard to make the kick off. Theo Soullard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sofiane Troadec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes, Moïse Gitton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MadeInFrance and the Vedene players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Ducloy couldn't finish the play. Jean-Christophe Cochin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MadeInFrance's Moïse Gitton got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Moïse Gitton off the ground. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Theo Soullard in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sofiane Troadec saved Vedene from getting behind. Sofiane Troadec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Soullard in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that MadeInFrance were the better team. MadeInFrance's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
