Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marinel's Quentin Viau started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmond Antigny took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stéphane Weibel. Stéphane Weibel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Stéphane Weibel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Libertad Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Djamel Tempier made in the 10th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nicolas Legoux immediately put the ball in play. In the 13thth minute of the game Edmond Antigny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marinel's Stéphane Weibel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Real Sociedad's Libertad Sarmiento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stéphane Weibel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Marinel's goal looked a bit too open when Libertad Sarmiento came free, but Stéphane Weibel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Gaël Janssens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stéphane Weibel. Marinel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaël Janssens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Stéphane Weibel came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Sociedad's Gaël Janssens. But to his dismay, Gaël Janssens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Libertad Sarmiento took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stéphane Weibel. Stéphane Weibel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Stéphane Weibel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Libertad Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of the match. Real Sociedad's Libertad Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Marinel's goal looked a bit too open when Gaël Janssens came free, but Stéphane Weibel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Real Sociedad fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Real Sociedad's Gaël Janssens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Libertad Sarmiento took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stéphane Weibel. Stéphane Weibel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. If Paul-Émile Berthod had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Real Sociedad booed when Marinel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Émilien Savoie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute of the match Evan Laurens shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stéphane Weibel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Marinel's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Antigny came free, but Stéphane Weibel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmond Antigny was the one to do the kick off. Libertad Sarmiento took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stéphane Weibel. Stéphane Weibel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 55 minutes into the match, Libertad Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stéphane Weibel. Marinel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Libertad Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Nathanaël Rouard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amaury Thiébault having to make a save. 65 minutes into the game, Real Sociedad's Edmond Antigny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stéphane Weibel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. In the 68thth minute of the game Libertad Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marinel's Stéphane Weibel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With splendid footwork Libertad Sarmiento arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-12 by the left pole in the game's 69th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Libertad Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Stéphane Weibel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stéphane Weibel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Libertad Sarmiento in the 78th minute of play. Marinel's Stéphane Weibel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Libertad Sarmiento in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Libertad Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Stéphane Weibel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Libertad Sarmiento in the 90th minute of play forced Marinel's goalkeeper Stéphane Weibel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Marinel getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Djamel Tempier hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Real Sociedad left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Marinel.
