Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Chuzelles's goal looked a bit too open when Christophe Houot came free, but Mohamed Kadri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mohamed Kadri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Defosse, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Mario Poignant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Capitaine having to interfere. Kylian Christiaens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Michel Capitaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmid Aury fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Capitaine having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cagny's zone, Fabrice Yung stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Capitaine came out of the goal and Fabrice Yung tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Defosse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Kadri having to interfere. Mohamed Kadri came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Cagny's Ali Defosse. But to his dismay, Ali Defosse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ahmid Aury received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Michel Capitaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kylian Christiaens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Defosse in the 40th minute of play forced Chuzelles's goalkeeper Mohamed Kadri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mohamed Kadri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Defosse in the 42nd minute of the match. If Bernard Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabrice Yung to make the kick off. Chuzelles's Mohamed Kadri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Chuzelles from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mario Poignant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chuzelles's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Poignant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Capitaine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michel Capitaine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmid Aury in the 59th minute of play. Dove Aucher took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mohamed Kadri. Mohamed Kadri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 63 minutes into the match, Cagny's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrice Yung came free, but Michel Capitaine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Ahmid Aury managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuzelles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmid Aury was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cagny getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Barnabé Châtellier hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Ahmid Aury managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chuzelles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmid Aury was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michel Capitaine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrice Yung in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Ahmid Aury had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Capitaine. Cagny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmid Aury was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Michel Capitaine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmid Aury's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Chuzelles's Fabrice Yung got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cagny's Michel Capitaine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrice Yung in the 80th minute of play. If Kylian Christiaens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Ahmid Aury had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Capitaine. Cagny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmid Aury was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Dove Aucher hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Michel Capitaine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kylian Christiaens, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Chuzelles were the better team. Chuzelles's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
