Abraham Biret really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Étienne Tabary came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stéphane Weibel could save by the left post. 9 minutes into the match, Marinel's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Renauld came free, but Stéphane Weibel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Carl Renauld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Weibel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stéphane Weibel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carl Renauld showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. The supporters of Neudorf booed when Marinel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kader Bonifay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Carl Renauld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Weibel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Carl Renauld had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stéphane Weibel. Marinel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Renauld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Émilien Savoie might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Djibril Favre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Émilien Savoie ran back to his position shaking his head. 38 minutes into the match, Marinel's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Renauld came free, but Stéphane Weibel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Étienne Tabary recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Neudorf's Carl Renauld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stéphane Weibel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Bob Croze put in a rough tackle. In the 49th match minute, Marinel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Croze to maneuver through the defense. Thibaut Floury recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carl Renauld was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Carl Renauld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Weibel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Émilien Savoie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stéphane Weibel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Renauld went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Marinel's Djibril Favre threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicolas Legoux, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nicolas Legoux succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 63rd playminute. After 70 minutes, Émilien Savoie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marinel and the Neudorf players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute Étienne Tabary shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stéphane Weibel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stéphane Weibel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Renauld in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Diego Gall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Neudorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. After some careless play in the Marinel defense, Carl Renauld kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stéphane Weibel. The Marinel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stéphane Weibel should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute, Abraham Biret ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stéphane Weibel was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. The supporters of Neudorf booed when Marinel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Viau didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, Neudorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Biret to maneuver through the defense. Marinel's Stéphane Weibel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Renauld in the 89th minute of play. Stéphane Weibel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Biret, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Étienne Tabary managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neudorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Étienne Tabary was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 99 minutes into the game, Neudorf's Carl Renauld nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stéphane Weibel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-1. Neudorf walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
