Spectators: 6843 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ghislain Lebastard got the match started through his kick off. After some careless play in the Gruchy defense, Benoît Frank kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sammy Havard. The Gruchy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sammy Havard should have stopped the shot. Mathis Rollier kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Gruchy's Sammy Havard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ghislain Lebastard in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Mathis Rollier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gruchy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolfisheim the free kick. Mathis Rollier kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Wolfisheim got a corner. Gruchy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ghislain Lebastard ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aymerick Barlier hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Mathis Rollier got his second yellow card in the match during the 17th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mathis Rollier hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Theo Ballu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sammy Havard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theo Ballu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aymerick Barlier might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sammy Havard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aymerick Barlier ran back to his position shaking his head. 30 minutes into the match, Wolfisheim's Aymerick Barlier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sammy Havard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wolfisheim's Ghislain Lebastard suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Madjid Vivier's late challenge caught a Wolfisheim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Madjid Vivier helped the player get up and apologised. If Jean-Charles Vaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Theo Ballu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Jean-Charles Vaux made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Gruchy's Sammy Havard got control of the ball when Theo Ballu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 57 minutes, Johan Jacquelin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wolfisheim and the Gruchy players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Carl Ernoult sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Wolfisheim's Nelson Murzeau didn't even have to move. Benoît Frank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Havard having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Gruchy's goal looked a bit too open when Benoît Frank came free, but Sammy Havard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sammy Havard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Ballu in the 70th minute of the match. Benoît Frank took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sammy Havard. Sammy Havard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julien Galliano got free with Sammy Havard in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Theo Ballu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Havard having to interfere. Theo Ballu struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Sammy Havard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wolfisheim. If Benoît Frank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aymerick Barlier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sammy Havard having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gruchy's zone, Aymerick Barlier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sammy Havard came out of the goal and Aymerick Barlier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benoît Frank's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sammy Havard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Wolfisheim's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
