Spectators: 7849 (Terracing: 6008, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 0) Jack Wiltord started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Reçais's Charly Vieux got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reçais's Lenny Bultel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ange Montagnon in the 21st minute of play. Arnulfo Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Wiltord in the 24th minute of play. Gerrit Plouffe in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lenny Bultel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arnulfo Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Vieux in the 39th minute of play. Noureddine Resseguier made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Grégoire Champion immediately put the ball in play. Gerrit Plouffe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Lenny Bultel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Arnulfo Jerano made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Charly Vieux sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Reçais getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jack Wiltord hit a great ball. 63 minutes into the match, Reçais's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolaus Niederhauser came free, but Lenny Bultel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lenny Bultel came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Stade Francilien's Gerrit Plouffe. But to his dismay, Gerrit Plouffe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 70 minutes, Richard Trinquier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stade Francilien's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Trinquier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stade Francilien's Nikolaus Niederhauser got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lenny Bultel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolaus Niederhauser, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Lenny Bultel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolaus Niederhauser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes, Jean-Yves Deltour mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stade Francilien and the Reçais players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Paul-Henri Deram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Jerano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Wiltord, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stade Francilien fully deserved thier win.
