Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anatole Finot started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Sidney Duvigneau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Farid Valembois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yann Jamot, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Claira's zone, Antonin Diet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joey Gomes came out of the goal and Antonin Diet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Claira's Rayan Bourrier got a free kick in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Montchaboud's goal looked a bit too open when Yann Jamot came free, but Farid Valembois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Montchaboud got a freekick which was hit by Tony Bouquin. Farid Valembois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yann Jamot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Yann Jamot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Valembois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Karl Aymes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute of the match Léopold Bouin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Farid Valembois skillfully saved the ball. Antonin Diet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Joey Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yann Jamot to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Aymes in the 52nd minute of play forced Claira's goalkeeper Joey Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Claira's goal looked a bit too open when Anatole Finot came free, but Joey Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatole Finot in the 73rd minute of play forced Claira's goalkeeper Joey Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, one of Claira:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Montchaboud. Anatole Finot stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Joey Gomes. 2-1. When Montchaboud's Anatole Finot in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Claira's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jérémy Huon got free with Farid Valembois in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the game, Ludovic Bridier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montchaboud's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claira the free kick. Ludovic Bridier hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Marvin Hay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Montchaboud's supporters rose to their feet, but Marvin Hay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Gomes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 92 played minutes Montchaboud got a freekick which was hit by Anatole Finot. Yann Jamot kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Claira's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
