Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ramzi Savoie started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute, Romeo Gobet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartosz Sierocki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Bartosz Sierocki came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by fc aupperel's Didier Boos. But to his dismay, Didier Boos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Régis Favereau charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Régis Favereau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 16 played minutes Santifiak FC got a freekick which was hit by Régis Favereau. 22 minutes into the match, Santifiak FC's goal looked a bit too open when Didier Boos came free, but Bartosz Sierocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aimé Bely could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Bartosz Sierocki made a huge save. After a rather tough play, fc aupperel's Steve Rispal got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Didier Boos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The fc aupperel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. With a little luck, Santifiak FC's Bartosz Sierocki got control of the ball when Brian Jorge tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Roland Wennersten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Cédric Vanlerberghe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bartosz Sierocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didier Boos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teddy Curutchet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cédric Vanlerberghe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Bartosz Sierocki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aimé Bely in the 40th minute. After 41 played minutes fc aupperel got a freekick which was hit by Noé Toupin. After some careless play in the Santifiak FC defense, Aimé Bely kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bartosz Sierocki. The Santifiak FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bartosz Sierocki should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roland Wennersten to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Santifiak FC's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Gobet came free, but Bartosz Sierocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teddy Curutchet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teddy Curutchet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cédric Vanlerberghe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, fc aupperel's Aimé Bely nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bartosz Sierocki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for fc aupperel! In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Santifiak FC. Roland Wennersten stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cédric Vanlerberghe. 5-3. Santifiak FC's Bartosz Sierocki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didier Boos in the 74th minute of play. If Roland Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartosz Sierocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramzi Savoie, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Wennersten in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cédric Vanlerberghe saved fc aupperel from getting behind. Roland Wennersten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cédric Vanlerberghe having to interfere. With his leg Cédric Vanlerberghe managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Santifiak FC's Teddy Curutchet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 90 minutes into the match, Ramzi Savoie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bartosz Sierocki. Santifiak FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramzi Savoie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. In the 96th minute Aimé Bely shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Sierocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartosz Sierocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier Boos in the 98th minute of the match. Santifiak FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
