Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antony Gimbert kicked off to start the match. Eddy Fleury might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dylan Grasset. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eddy Fleury ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 4thth minute of the game Eddy Fleury who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herlies's Dylan Grasset was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jordan Toupin kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Josselin Biteau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Cugnet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, José Taddei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Grossereix's Eddy Fleury in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Herlies's goalie prevented a goal. Dylan Grasset showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mounir Bérenger, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Herlies defense, Eddy Fleury kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dylan Grasset. The Herlies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dylan Grasset should have stopped the shot. Josselin Biteau made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when César Cugnet sent off a good shot on target. Dylan Grasset stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavien Bouchereau's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Jordan Toupin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herlies's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grossereix the free kick. After 25 played minutes Herlies got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Toupin. The supporters of Grossereix booed when Herlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faudel Roques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eddy Fleury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When César Cugnet came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Herlies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Cugnet couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Grossereix booed when Herlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faudel Roques didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Flavien Bouchereau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After having played for 52 minutes, César Cugnet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Herlies's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Cugnet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavien Bouchereau's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Dylan Grasset skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in Herlies's zone, Dorian Andries stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dylan Grasset came out of the goal and Dorian Andries tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eddy Fleury fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Grasset having to interfere. Zinedine Ruaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josselin Biteau having to interfere. Flavien Bouchereau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Grasset having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Herlies's Jordan Toupin got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Flavien Bouchereau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grossereix's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavien Bouchereau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dylan Grasset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flavien Bouchereau in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Grossereix played a much better game than Herlies and deserved their victory. The Herlies players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
