In the 8th match minute, Bambou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raymond Molina to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Bambou booed when Rossoneri Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bambou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pierre-Emmanuel Landreau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 minutes of play, Bambou's Raymond Molina made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Émilien Moullec was left in no man's land by his defense there! Émilien Moullec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Emmanuel Landreau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Marco Baguet fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rossoneri Milan's protests and gave Marco Baguet a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rossoneri Milan's Marco Baguet got a free kick in the 39th minute. The Rossoneri Milan players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bambou were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raymond Goubet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raymond Molina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émilien Moullec having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Marc-Antoine Poiron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pierre-Emmanuel Landreau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Émilien Moullec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play Rossoneri Milan's Bérenger Petton was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 68th match minute, Rossoneri Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bérenger Petton to maneuver through the defense. Bambou's Laurent Farrugia pulled a muscle in his back after 70 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 70 minutes into the game, Philibert Pelloux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pierre-Emmanuel Landreaus short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Émilien Moullec to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pierre-Emmanuel Landreau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Émilien Moullec having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Marco Baguet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raymond Molina in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Émilien Moullec saved Rossoneri Milan from getting behind. Émilien Moullec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Molina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bambou played a much better game than Rossoneri Milan and deserved their victory. The Rossoneri Milan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
