Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Laurent Baptiste made the kick off which started today's match. When Laurent Baptiste came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Lombardie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurent Baptiste couldn't finish the play. If Dominique Boinet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinand Rousselot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Laurent Baptiste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurent Baptiste in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gameiro Couchot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benoît Garbe in the 22nd minute of play forced Lombardie's goalkeeper Mourad Grégoire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Fèves's Mourad Grégoire threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benoît Garbe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mourad Grégoire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnold Soret in the 26th minute of play. Lombardie's Dominique Boinet got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Bertrand Rosier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Benoît Garbe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mourad Grégoire. The goal made the score 2-0. Gameiro Couchot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertrand Rosier in the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benoît Garbe to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Fèves got a freekick which was hit by Julien Guénard. With his leg Gameiro Couchot managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Lombardie's Dominique Boinet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 57 played minutes Laurent Baptiste rounded Fèves's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. After having played for 66 minutes, Laurent Baptiste managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lombardie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurent Baptiste was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th match minute, Lombardie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertrand Rosier to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Rousselot in the 70th minute of play forced Lombardie's goalkeeper Mourad Grégoire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dominique Boinet came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Lombardie fans jumped to their feet. Mourad Grégoire came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Fèves's Abdel Gourdet. But to his dismay, Abdel Gourdet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 81st minute, Arnold Soret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Dominique Boinet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gameiro Couchot. Dominique Boinet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. In the 86th minute Ferdinand Rousselot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mourad Grégoire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominique Boinet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gameiro Couchot having to interfere. After 90 minutes, Arnold Soret mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fèves and the Lombardie players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the match, Fèves's goal looked a bit too open when Octave Carrion came free, but Gameiro Couchot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gameiro Couchot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurent Baptiste in the 93rd minute of the match. Fèves's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
