Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jordan Dorival in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ewan Davin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ewan Davin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Auguste Macaigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Lambres's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Pauly came free, but Steven Grenard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. John Costes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Grenard having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Costes got free with Steven Grenard in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Moussa Queffelec. 15 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Jordan Dorival came free, but Ewan Davin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Auguste Macaigne hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Pierre Dole could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Steven Grenard made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Auguste Macaigne in the 25th minute of play forced La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Ewan Davin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Madjid Pauly recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steven Grenard. Madjid Pauly showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lambres's Brian Pontoizeau got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Jackson Saulnier. 37 minutes into the match, Lambres's Davy Chatry broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Steven Grenard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madjid Pauly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes, Brian Pontoizeau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lambres and the La Scaloneta players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Brian Pontoizeau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Madjid Pauly came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madjid Pauly couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Madjid Pauly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. John Costes scored 2-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Steven Grenard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Brian Pontoizeau was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. In the 59th match minute, Lambres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Pontoizeau to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes Lambres's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was John Costes who took care of the corner kick. Madjid Pauly took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steven Grenard. Steven Grenard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Steven Grenard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madjid Pauly in the 74th minute of play. Steven Grenard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madjid Pauly, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Chris Falcon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Scaloneta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lambres the free kick. In the 83rd match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Falcon to maneuver through the defense. Lambres's Steven Grenard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Costes in the 85th minute of play. Aymerick Davesne charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aymerick Davesne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Lambres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aymerick Davesne didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Costes in the 90th minute of play forced Lambres's goalkeeper Steven Grenard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Auguste Macaigne fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lambres's protests and gave Auguste Macaigne a yellow card for diving instead. John Costes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Steven Grenard. Lambres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, La Scaloneta's Madjid Pauly nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steven Grenard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. La Scaloneta's Ewan Davin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. La Scaloneta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
