Reynaldo Gomes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Junior Rieffel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Gomes. Lions de Châteauroux's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Junior Rieffel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Reynaldo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Zajac in the 18th minute of play. Reynaldo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Zajac in the 19th minute of play. Reynaldo Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Gonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Rosière FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Rosière FC's Ernesto Santana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Junior Rieffel kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Youri Richou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Vermudo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Ernesto Santana notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Lions de Châteauroux's Reynaldo Gomes. Reynaldo Gomes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Youri Richou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Santana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Reynaldo Gomes made a huge save. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lions de Châteauroux's goalkeeper Reynaldo Gomes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Primitivo Gonzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Gomes made a huge save. In the 63rd minute, Isaac Vermudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Rosière FC's Ruben Zajac dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Rosière FC's Teddy Garde was substituted for Ruben Zajac. Rosière FC's Ludwig Josef was substituted for Primitivo Gonzo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teddy Garde in the 71st minute of play forced Lions de Châteauroux's goalkeeper Reynaldo Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Gomes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teddy Garde in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Ludwig Josef who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lions de Châteauroux's Reynaldo Gomes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Reynaldo Gomes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Santana in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Ludwig Josef had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Gomes. Lions de Châteauroux's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ludwig Josef was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 84 minutes into the match, Lions de Châteauroux's goal looked a bit too open when Teddy Garde came free, but Reynaldo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Gomes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teddy Garde in the 85th minute of the match. Reynaldo Gomes came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Rosière FC's Ludwig Josef. But to his dismay, Ludwig Josef quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. 94 minutes into the game, Ernesto Santana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reynaldo Gomes. Ernesto Santana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Rosière FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lions de Châteauroux.
