Spectators: 8445 (Terracing: 6335, Seating: 1942, VIP seats: 168) Flaxlanden's Hippolyte Mineau started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 18th minute, Eugène Demarest hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Flaxlanden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Pesnel to maneuver through the defense. When Claude Bouchery came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Charrel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Bouchery couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Justin Poteau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Joël Croquet fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Charrel's protests and gave Joël Croquet a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Flaxlanden booed when Charrel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joël Croquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Eliott Jarrige managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flaxlanden's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliott Jarrige was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sofyane Moisson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 29 minutes, Guillaume Moulet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Charrel and the Flaxlanden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Guillaume Moulet kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Sylvain Bonnel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofyane Moisson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sofyane Moisson made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Sylvain Bonnel sent off a good shot on target. Sylvain Bonnel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofyane Moisson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justin Poteau in the 46th minute of play forced Flaxlanden's goalkeeper Barnabé Guyon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Sylvain Bonnel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Sofyane Moisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylvain Bonnel in the 59th minute of play forced Charrel's goalkeeper Sofyane Moisson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hippolyte Mineau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sylvain Bonnel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sofyane Moisson having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pierre-Henri Nardin got free with Barnabé Guyon in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Flaxlanden getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Evan Masclet hit a great ball. Flaxlanden's Barnabé Guyon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Flaxlanden from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the game, Pierre-Henri Nardin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Barnabé Guyon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 86th minute, Dimitri Mazzoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Flaxlanden booed when Charrel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joël Croquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charrel's Justin Poteau got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flaxlanden's Barnabé Guyon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Flaxlanden from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle went the supporters of Charrel were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Flaxlanden side.
