In the 19th minute, Aimé Dupont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geoffroy Berthier might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over John-David Bordet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geoffroy Berthier ran back to his position shaking his head. KingGod's Bertrand Gaye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save KingGod from getting a goal against them. Bertrand Gaye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislas Landy, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Bertrand Gaye showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérémy Saby in the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, KingGod's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislas Landy came free, but Bertrand Gaye reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Ulryk Ludwa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Bertrand Gaye was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 39 minutes into the match, KingGod's goalkeeper Bertrand Gaye had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulryk Ludwa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lüder Herbert got free with Bertrand Gaye in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aimé Dupont during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Marignane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimé Dupont to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

After a rather tough play, KingGod's Roland Lavalette got a free kick in the 55th minute. Bertrand Gaye showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Bertrand Gaye came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Marignane's Lüder Herbert. But to his dismay, Lüder Herbert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Bertrand Gaye made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Cambranes in the 67th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Marignane's Ulryk Ludwa made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertrand Gaye was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Geoffroy Berthier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Marignane got a freekick which was hit by Simão Sampaio. The supporters of KingGod booed when Marignane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lüder Herbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Stanislas Landy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Bertrand Gaye was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 88th minute Lüder Herbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertrand Gaye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Ulryk Ludwa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Bertrand Gaye was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. KingGod's Bertrand Gaye played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislas Landy in the 93rd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Marignane fully deserved thier win.
