Hamid Lamothe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franck Castelain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Sofiane Colin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alban Drouhin in the 35th minute of play forced FC Foix's goalkeeper Hamid Lamothe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Foix's Hamid Lamothe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Quehen in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quennaumont's Réda Levacher got a free kick in the 45th minute. The long shot by Nolan Hivert in the 45th minute really tested Hector Lambinet's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Hector Lambinet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The wind increased when Fernand Ménet made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, FC Foix's goal looked a bit too open when Fernand Ménet came free, but Hamid Lamothe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Sofiane Colin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Fernand Ménet kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, FC Foix's goal looked a bit too open when Fernand Ménet came free, but Hamid Lamothe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Foix's Hamid Lamothe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC Foix from getting a goal against them. Hector Lambinet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djimmy Fouquart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brice Couvelard scored 2-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hector Lambinet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC Foix's Donovan Chauvière got a free kick in the 85th minute. FC Foix's Hamid Lamothe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Labarrière in the 86th minute of play. Alban Drouhin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Lamothe having to interfere. With 94 minutes on the clock, Réda Levacher commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Quennaumont fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute there was a penalty for FC Foix. Nolan Hivert stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hector Lambinet. 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Foix fans cheered their team off the field, for while Quennaumont had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
