Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marignane's Stanislas Landy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hassan Lachenal charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hassan Lachenal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nilvange's Gabriel Fouquart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislas Landy in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Lüder Herbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Fouquart. Nilvange's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lüder Herbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 9th minute, Jérémy Saby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Fouquart was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gabriel Fouquart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lüder Herbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Nilvange's Gabriel Fouquart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislas Landy in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Aziz Gibier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-David Bordet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Régis Moyon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lüder Herbert scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gabriel Fouquart, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Ulryk Ludwa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marignane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Gabriel Fouquart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lüder Herbert in the 36th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislas Landy in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Fouquart saved Nilvange from getting behind. Lüder Herbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Fouquart having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marignane's Lüder Herbert got a free kick in the 41st minute. John-David Bordet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aziz Gibier, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Stanislas Landy notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Nilvange's Gabriel Fouquart. Gabriel Fouquart was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Aziz Gibier made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ulryk Ludwa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gabriel Fouquart, 0-7. In the 57th minute, Simão Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aziz Gibier scored 1-7 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John-David Bordet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Radomil Kaznocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislas Landy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabriel Fouquart came out and tried to block the shot, but Stanislas Landy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 69th minute. Gabriel Fouquart didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Cambranes went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the match, Nilvange's goal looked a bit too open when Jérémy Saby came free, but Gabriel Fouquart reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Nilvange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aziz Gibier to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Nilvange's Gabriel Fouquart got control of the ball when Ulryk Ludwa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislas Landy in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Fouquart prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marignane's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
