Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicolas Rami took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th match minute, Charrel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Poupard to maneuver through the defense. Rémi Sarrazin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sofyane Moisson. Charrel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 13th minute, Nicolas Rami ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sofyane Moisson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Sofyane Moisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jérémie Baudry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justin Poteau struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Martial Celton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Charrel. Modeste Métenier hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Sofyane Moisson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Modeste Métenier in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Jérémie Baudry cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Sofyane Moisson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 34 played minutes Charrel got a freekick which was hit by Eugène Demarest. When GENY's Jérémie Baudry in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Charrel's goalie prevented a goal. GENY's Martial Celton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Henri Nardin in the 39th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Justin Poteau made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Modeste Métenier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sofyane Moisson. Charrel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Modeste Métenier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 64th minute, Nicolas Rami made a precise shot to the right of Sofyane Moisson. Charrel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 71st minute, Jérémie Baudry got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nicolas Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Sofyane Moisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Charrel defense, Jérémie Baudry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sofyane Moisson. The Charrel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sofyane Moisson should have stopped the shot. Jérémie Baudry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th match minute, Charrel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justin Poteau to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Rami might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sofyane Moisson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolas Rami ran back to his position shaking his head. Modeste Métenier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sofyane Moisson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Justin Poteau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute Justin Poteau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martial Celton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the GENY players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
