Spectators: 8428 (Terracing: 6322, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stanislas Bagot took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Adil Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Bannatyne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flex's Thibaut Coquerelle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Flex from getting a goal against them. Jim Bannatyne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titouan Estrade in the 5th minute of play. Stanislas Bagot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Thibaut Coquerelle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thibaut Coquerelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anatole Le Lay in the 23rd minute of play. Jean-Charles Tassy charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean-Charles Tassy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jean-Charles Tassy kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Flex got a freekick which was hit by Loïc Bizeul. Anatole Le Lay scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thibaut Coquerelle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Pélicans FC booed when Flex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Poinas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute of the match, Marc-Aurèle Nortier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thibaut Coquerelle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Flex's Adil Bernard got a free kick in the 41st minute. Marc-Aurèle Nortier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jordy Pichavant made a kick off. A collision led to Flex getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Simon Poinas hit a great ball. Thibaut Coquerelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislas Bagot in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Seret in the 59th minute of play forced Flex's goalkeeper Thibaut Coquerelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pélicans FC booed when Flex was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Frin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Marc-Aurèle Nortier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pélicans FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc-Aurèle Nortier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibaut Coquerelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anatole Le Lay took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thibaut Coquerelle. Thibaut Coquerelle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jim Bannatyne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Titouan Estrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Anatole Le Lay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jim Bannatyne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordy Pichavant in the 79th minute of the match. Marc-Aurèle Nortier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thibaut Coquerelle having to interfere. Silverio Dino charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Dino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 84 minutes into the match, Stanislas Bagot notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Flex's Thibaut Coquerelle. Thibaut Coquerelle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stanislas Bagot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibaut Coquerelle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Léonard Adjani hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Marc-Aurèle Nortier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
