Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Émilien Braud made the kick off and thus started the match. Cantenay's Constantin Cochon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Ricaud in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Patureau in the 12th minute of play forced Cantenay's goalkeeper Constantin Cochon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josselin Astier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Kamel Tisserant made a huge save. After 17 minutes, Alex Patureau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marly and the Cantenay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Émilien Sable kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cantenay's Constantin Cochon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clem Villa in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Malcom Parayre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cantenay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Malcom Parayre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Christian Ricaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Zinedine Ciret made a precise shot to the right of Kamel Tisserant. Marly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 33 played minutes Cantenay got a freekick which was hit by Malcom Parayre. In the 34th minute Clem Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Cochon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malcom Parayre during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Constantin Cochon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Émilien Braud, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Xavier Halter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kamel Tisserant. That made the score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josselin Astier to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Halter in the 52nd minute of play forced Marly's goalkeeper Kamel Tisserant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Ricaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Ricaud's late challenge caught a Cantenay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Ricaud helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Marly got a freekick which was hit by Christian Ricaud. In the 59th minute of the match Émilien Sable shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kamel Tisserant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Patureau got free with Constantin Cochon in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cantenay's Constantin Cochon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Ricaud in the 65th minute of play. Malcom Parayre kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Marly's Constantin Cochon threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Émilien Braud, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cantenay's Constantin Cochon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Ricaud in the 68th minute of play. Josselin Astier got in the 70th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kamel Tisserant handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Clem Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Josselin Astier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the game, Alex Patureau recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Constantin Cochon. Alex Patureau showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Reynald Reynal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Constantin Cochon. Cantenay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Émilien Braud in the 89th minute of play forced Cantenay's goalkeeper Constantin Cochon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantin Cochon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Émilien Braud in the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Marly's zone, Josselin Astier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kamel Tisserant came out of the goal and Josselin Astier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Cantenay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Marly's performance. The match ended with a win for Marly.
