Franklin Sarron started the match with the kick off. Bordeaux's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Clemente Montes scored to the left of an out of position Oxel Viñales, making the score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Gökçen Harmancı had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oxel Viñales. Bordeaux's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gökçen Harmancı was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 20 minutes of play, Football Wizards 59's Ognyan Klyashev made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oxel Viñales was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Bordeaux's goalkeeper Oxel Viñales had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ognyan Klyashev. Football Wizards 59 were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Bordeaux's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilbert Paciuszko took the corner. Football Wizards 59's Nelson Damien shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Oxel Viñales but with some difficulty. The audience was convinced that Jean-Pierre Hulin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Spyros Chatzakos was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Montes during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clemente Montes hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Franklin Sarron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oxel Viñales came out and tried to block the shot, but Franklin Sarron slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 35th minute. If Ognyan Klyashev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Football Wizards 59's Ennio Terenzi got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Mustapha Hummel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Spyros Chatzakos. Football Wizards 59's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Spyros Chatzakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cédric Micheneau in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmid Balthazard made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Football Wizards 59's Franklin Sarron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oxel Viñales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Spyros Chatzakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cédric Micheneau in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Bordeaux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cédric Micheneau to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Franklin Sarron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oxel Viñales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes Bordeaux's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilbert Paciuszko who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Franklin Sarron got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 7-0. 62 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Football Wizards 59's Spyros Chatzakos got control of the ball when Jean-Pierre Hulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Clemente Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Football Wizards 59's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Montes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Football Wizards 59's Clemente Montes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oxel Viñales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 73 minutes into the match, Football Wizards 59's Dobromir Zaremba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oxel Viñales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 77 minutes of play, Football Wizards 59's Ognyan Klyashev made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oxel Viñales was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gilbert Paciuszko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Oxel Viñales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Zaremba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Football Wizards 59 booed when Bordeaux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renan Da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bordeaux getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jean-Pascal Macaire hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franklin Sarron in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oxel Viñales saved Bordeaux from getting behind.
