When Victor Marmin fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lampertheim's protests and gave Victor Marmin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Victor Marmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Lampertheim's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Pandele came free, but Claude Marcot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Elsa Esnoult were the better team. Elsa Esnoult's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
