GAS MONKEY's Élie Le Roux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rannou in the 3rd minute of play. Élie Le Roux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevan Brossier in the 5th minute of the match. GAS MONKEY's Élie Le Roux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rannou in the 6th minute of play. After having played for 8 minutes, Ilan Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAS MONKEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilan Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind GAS MONKEY's goalkeeper Élie Le Roux, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Arthur Rannou made a precise shot to the right of Élie Le Roux. GAS MONKEY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Élie Le Roux stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arthur Rannou's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Élie Le Roux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Rannou in the 18th minute of the match. Élie Le Roux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Rannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GAS MONKEY's Élie Le Roux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Rannou in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Charly Boisson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of GAS MONKEY's Élie Le Roux. Élie Le Roux was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Charly Boisson was slow to take the kick. During this time Chaponnay FC's players had a chance to rest. Sidney Audouard kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Élie Le Roux took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evan Le Moullec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Kevan Brossier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chaponnay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GAS MONKEY the free kick. After 46 played minutes Chaponnay FC got a freekick which was hit by Kevan Brossier. Dilan Bobet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilan Velasco in the 47th minute. With a little luck, Chaponnay FC's Dilan Bobet got control of the ball when Ilan Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arthur Rannou to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, GAS MONKEY's goalkeeper Élie Le Roux had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Rannou. 55 minutes into the game, Arthur Rannou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Élie Le Roux was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arthur Rannou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Élie Le Roux made a huge save. When Ilan Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GAS MONKEY's protests and gave Ilan Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, GAS MONKEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilan Velasco to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Arthur Rannou put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Élie Le Roux. 65 minutes into the match, GAS MONKEY's goalkeeper Élie Le Roux had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Rannou. 68 minutes into the game, Arthur Rannou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Élie Le Roux. Arthur Rannou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Élie Le Roux was a little too slow when Arthur Rannou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-8. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Kevan Brossier got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Arthur Rannou took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Élie Le Roux. Élie Le Roux dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 83 minutes into the match, Arthur Rannou dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Élie Le Roux, 0-10. In the 86th minute, Arthur Rannou reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Élie Le Roux. The goal made the score 0-11. Renaud Houzet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Élie Le Roux came out and tried to block the shot, but Renaud Houzet slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 91st minute. Evan Le Moullec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Élie Le Roux having to interfere. Chaponnay FC played a much better game than GAS MONKEY and deserved their victory. The GAS MONKEY players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
