Germain Aymard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Flavian Sureau struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Germain Aymard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reyrieux. Guy Gagnaire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germain Aymard having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guy Gagnaire in the 16th minute of play forced Beutre's goalkeeper Germain Aymard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavian Sureau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beutre's Germain Aymard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noa Jannot in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Reyrieux's Guy Gagnaire nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germain Aymard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 35th minute, Guy Gagnaire made a precise shot to the right of Germain Aymard. Beutre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 39th minute Flavian Sureau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germain Aymard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geoffroy Audy's late challenge caught a Reyrieux's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geoffroy Audy helped the player get up and apologised. Germain Aymard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavian Sureau in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Reyrieux's Guy Gagnaire fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Guy Gagnaire scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Germain Aymard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guy Gagnaire to make the kick off. Gauthier Sylla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Germain Aymard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noa Jannot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germain Aymard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guy Gagnaire's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Reyrieux's Guy Gagnaire sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Germain Aymard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beutre's Germain Aymard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Beutre from getting a goal against them. Guy Gagnaire took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Germain Aymard. Germain Aymard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 75th minute, Gauthier Sylla made a precise shot to the right of Germain Aymard. Beutre's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After 78 played minutes Flavian Sureau rounded Beutre's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. Noa Jannot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gauthier Sylla got free with Germain Aymard in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes in the game, Guy Gagnaire fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Germain Aymard having to interfere. The Beutre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Reyrieux were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
