Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Treigny's Lucien Ligier started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gilles Gobe hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 3rd minute of the match Hugon Barciniak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugène Legris skillfully saved the ball. Lucien Ligier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 8th minute Treigny were awarded a corner. Michaël Delépine went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Michaël Delépine almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ludres's Codrin Boaru did a great save. Cyril Hatte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Hugon Barciniak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eugène Legris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the game, Lucien Ligier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Treigny's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ludres the free kick. The supporters of Ludres booed when Treigny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucien Ligier didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the game, Hugon Barciniak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ludres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Treigny the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ludres's Hugon Barciniak got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Radoslaw Przewozik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucien Ligier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Codrin Boaru. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugon Barciniak in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugène Legris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugène Legris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Plessis in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugon Barciniak in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugène Legris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Radoslaw Przewozik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Eugène Legris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Treigny booed when Ludres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radoslaw Przewozik didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ludres getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Daniel Plessis hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugon Barciniak made a kick off. Hugon Barciniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugène Legris having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ludres defense, Edmond Veuillet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Codrin Boaru. The Ludres fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Codrin Boaru should have stopped the shot. In the 60th match minute, Ludres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nash Leach to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ludres booed when Treigny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michaël Delépine didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugon Barciniak got free with Eugène Legris in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmond Veuillet in the 73rd minute of play forced Ludres's goalkeeper Codrin Boaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play Ludres's Radoslaw Przewozik was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 76 played minutes Ludres got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Przewozik. Codrin Boaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmond Veuillet in the 80th minute of the match. Daniel Plessis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Codrin Boaru came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Treigny's Lucien Ligier. But to his dismay, Lucien Ligier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 89th minute Lucien Ligier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Boaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lucien Ligier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludres's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
