If Victor Champenois had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Champenois in the 21st minute of play forced kirikou fc's goalkeeper Tubagus Kepa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after kirikou fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victor Champenois took the corner.
