Jean-Baptiste Foure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, gipsy kings's Amaury Leone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jean-Baptiste Foure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. gipsy kings's Jean-Pascal Weiss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save gipsy kings from getting a goal against them. Jean-Baptiste Foure came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by gipsy kings's Grégoire Lamouroux. But to his dismay, Grégoire Lamouroux quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Jean-Pascal Weiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benoît Patry in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Anstaing's Benoît Patry ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jean-Pascal Weiss. Jean-Pascal Weiss yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benoît Patry made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Fabrice Gamet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Grégoire Lamouroux recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jean-Baptiste Foure. Grégoire Lamouroux showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Anstaing's Jean-Baptiste Foure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grégoire Lamouroux in the 59th minute of play. Jean-Baptiste Foure was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Amaury Leone capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amaury Leone really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Amaury Leone kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Jean-Pascal Weiss came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Anstaing's Benoît Patry. But to his dismay, Benoît Patry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. Jean-Pascal Weiss didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benoît Patry went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-6 was the resulting score. Jean-Pascal Weiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoît Patry in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of gipsy kings booed when Anstaing was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Herbaux didn't get a good kick on the ball. The shot was a little too simple and Jean-Baptiste Foure could save by the left post. gipsy kings's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
