Spectators: 8384 (Terracing: 6348, Seating: 1946, VIP seats: 90) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jochen Sommerhalder kicked off to start the match. Evan Choplin came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by massïlia's Jochen Sommerhalder. But to his dismay, Jochen Sommerhalder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Cysoing's goalkeeper Evan Choplin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jochen Sommerhalder. Jochen Sommerhalder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evan Choplin having to make a save. Evan Choplin came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by massïlia's Jochen Sommerhalder. But to his dismay, Jochen Sommerhalder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 15 minutes, Mickaël Marty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cysoing and the massïlia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Cysoing got a freekick which was hit by Mickaël Marty. If Jochen Sommerhalder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Cysoing's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jochen Sommerhalder fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 19th minute, Louison Le Boucher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The massïlia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 21 minutes into the game, Thomas Cornette was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cysoing's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave massïlia the free kick. A collision led to Cysoing getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Walter Lejeune hit a great ball. After 27 minutes, Jochen Sommerhalder made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cysoing's Evan Choplin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jochen Sommerhalder got free with Evan Choplin in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Louison Le Boucher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The massïlia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 41st match minute, massïlia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehdi Vallier to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes, Cysoing's Justin Fougeron shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pavel Chivu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cysoing reached it. Evan Choplin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochen Sommerhalder in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Cysoing was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwan Fage to maneuver through the defense. Jochen Sommerhalders short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Evan Choplin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romuald Barth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Joseph Leperlier put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in massïlia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the massïlia defense, Justin Fougeron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavel Chivu. The massïlia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavel Chivu should have stopped the shot. After 61 minutes of play, massïlia's Jochen Sommerhalder made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evan Choplin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tristan Deleplanque kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Jochen Sommerhalder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. massïlia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jochen Sommerhalder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jochen Sommerhalder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Louison Le Boucher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jochen Sommerhalder in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evan Choplin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Jochen Sommerhalder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The massïlia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. 79 minutes into the match, Louison Le Boucher notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Cysoing's Evan Choplin. Evan Choplin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Evan Choplin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louison Le Boucher in the 87th minute of the match. Louison Le Boucher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrice Ozouf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evan Choplin having to make a save. If Jochen Sommerhalder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Cysoing's Pavel Chivu threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romuald Barth, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 97th match minute, massïlia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Louison Le Boucher to maneuver through the defense. massïlia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
