Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Greg Lequesne took the kick off in the first half of the match. Greg Lequesne did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Ronald Eude 4 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, AC Cristal's Ronald Eude threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jean-François Lajus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 9 minutes into the game, AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronald Eude made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ronald Eude stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Greg Lequesne's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-François Lajus in the 13th minute of play forced O. Marseille Provence's goalkeeper Ronald Eude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronald Eude made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean-François Lajus in the 18th minute. A hard shot 19 in the game by Jean-Marc Taillefer from a close distance when the talented Ronald Eude managed to make a qualified save. O. Marseille Provence's players were relieved. O. Marseille Provence's Ronald Eude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save O. Marseille Provence from getting a goal against them. Ronald Eude was a little too slow when Greg Lequesne got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 4-0. Jean-Marc Taillefer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ronald Eude made a huge save. Greg Lequesne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Eude having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, AC Cristal's Jean-François Lajus made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronald Eude was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronald Eude was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Jean-François Lajus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jean-François Lajus really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. Jean-Marc Taillefer came free with the goalkeeper in the 36th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ronald Eude could save by the left post. In the 37th minute, Jean-Marc Taillefer made a precise shot to the right of Ronald Eude. O. Marseille Provence's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greg Lequesne in the 39th minute of play forced O. Marseille Provence's goalkeeper Ronald Eude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. O. Marseille Provence's Ronald Eude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save O. Marseille Provence from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Cochrane in the 45th minute of play forced AC Cristal's goalkeeper Elias Bocage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 48 minutes of play, AC Cristal's Jean-François Lajus made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronald Eude was left in no man's land by his defense there!
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Vitelli to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Marc Taillefer in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronald Eude saved O. Marseille Provence from getting behind. Ronald Eude took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greg Lequesne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronald Eude didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Greg Lequesne went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. If Greg Lequesne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronald Eude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greg Lequesne in the 61st minute of the match. Achille Letellier hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, O. Marseille Provence's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Marc Taillefer came free, but Ronald Eude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Émile Lelièvre hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Jean-Marc Taillefer managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Cristal's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Marc Taillefer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronald Eude breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronald Eude showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Marc Taillefer, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd match minute, AC Cristal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-François Lajus to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute, Jean-Marc Taillefer made a precise shot to the right of Ronald Eude. O. Marseille Provence's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. 78 minutes into the match, Jean-François Lajus notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of O. Marseille Provence's Ronald Eude. Ronald Eude was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ronald Eude stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Greg Lequesne's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, AC Cristal's Jean-Marc Taillefer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronald Eude made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Ronald Eude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greg Lequesne in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-François Lajus in the 90th minute of play forced O. Marseille Provence's goalkeeper Ronald Eude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eduardo Madeo fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored O. Marseille Provence's protests and gave Eduardo Madeo a yellow card for diving instead. Eduardo Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, O. Marseille Provence's goal looked a bit too open when Greg Lequesne came free, but Ronald Eude reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, AC Cristal's Greg Lequesne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronald Eude made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 15-0. AC Cristal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
