The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erwin Branchu during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Louvil! 46 minutes into the game, Étienne Horel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Timothé Bastin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The supporters of Orcines booed when Louvil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacques Nussbaum didn't get a good kick on the ball.
