Genopole Entreprises's Ramzy Dor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Genopole Entreprises from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Cats and dogs were awarded a corner. Nicolas Hamard went to the cornerflag to take it. Nicolas Hamard made a great header on Cats and dogs's corner, it was just that Genopole Entreprises's Ramzy Dor managed to reach the ball for a save. Joe Camp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jari Fjalland in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd match minute, Cats and dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam Yilmaz to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Genopole Entreprises's Ramzy Dor got control of the ball when Gaétan Bouchard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jari Fjalland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jari Fjalland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, Loïc Dromard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cats and dogs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Genopole Entreprises the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Loïc Dromard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jari Fjalland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Faudel Joguet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaétan Bouchard to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Cats and dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loïc Dromard to maneuver through the defense. Bérenger Ethève hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Octavio Sarracino fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 58th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Jari Fjalland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cats and dogs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Octavio Sarracino was slow to take the kick. During this time Genopole Entreprises's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Octavio Sarracino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cats and dogs's Joe Camp did a great save. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Jari Fjalland took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Joe Camp to make any attempt to save it. Halit Orcan made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arkadiusz Cwenar immediately put the ball in play. In the 74th minute, Jari Fjalland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joe Camp was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 76th minute, Halit Orcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Jari Fjalland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cats and dogs's zone, Jari Fjalland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joe Camp came out of the goal and Jari Fjalland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Jari Fjalland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Genopole Entreprises's supporters rose to their feet, but Jari Fjalland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joe Camp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jari Fjalland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joe Camp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Ramzy Dor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Terry Sauvestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
