Luís Paulo Matorin took the corner. klide13's Luís Paulo Matorin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lev Yashin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kevin Fanström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lev Yashin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Le Stade Briochin UC's Ange Lochet got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lev Yashin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Fanström's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute of the match klide13 got a corner. Le Stade Briochin UC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Paulo Matorin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Luís Paulo Matorin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Le Stade Briochin UC's Lev Yashin did a great save. Kevin Fanström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. A collision led to klide13 getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kevin Fanström made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Fanström in the 53rd minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, klide13's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Nedellec came free, but Emanuel Van Geestel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinaud Arnoets got free with Emanuel Van Geestel in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind klide13's goalkeeper Emanuel Van Geestel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Le Stade Briochin UC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave klide13 the free kick. The supporters of klide13 booed when Le Stade Briochin UC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nolan Roux didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Stark, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Clovis Janvier had several of the klide13's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 97 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Emanuel Van Geestel as he didn't even see the shot coming. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
