Bogdan Bambas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Erdinç Yalgın made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Cosme in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clem Fath prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Côme Collet came free, but Clem Fath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosa nostra Lyon's Erwann Patrice got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Léonard Beauchamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Clem Fath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erwann Patrice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusébio Cosme to strike the kick off in the second half. Cosa nostra Lyon's Clem Fath played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Côme Collet in the 51st minute of play. When Mans's Côme Collet in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Clem Fath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Sanna in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Côme Collet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clem Fath. Cosa nostra Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Côme Collet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 71st minute Cosa nostra Lyon were awarded a corner. Erwann Patrice went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogdan Bambas in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erdinç Yalgın saved Mans from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Bogdan Bambas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdinç Yalgın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Bambas in the 85th minute of play forced Mans's goalkeeper Erdinç Yalgın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shi Xu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Mans's Silvio Jatsu was substituted for Eusébio Cosme. A collision led to Mans getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Shi Xu hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Léonard Beauchamp came free, but Clem Fath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mans had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
