Simon Santa María made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 44thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Tristan Vicente would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute of the match Les 3 Quilles FC got a corner. Erzurum25's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner led Les 3 Quilles FC's Aílton Zonta to fire away a dangerous shot which Bianco Di Camillo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jules Spinelli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bianco Di Camillo firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 59th minute Alphonse Guénon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Vicente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tristan Vicente stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Santa María's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. When Jules Spinelli came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Les 3 Quilles FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jules Spinelli couldn't finish the play. Jules Spinelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Bianco Di Camillo made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Erzurum25's Samir Le Comte got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the game, Rick Grimes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bianco Di Camillo. Rick Grimes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. A collision led to Erzurum25 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Aurelian Mirciu hit a great ball. Les 3 Quilles FC's Rick Grimes got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean-Cyrille Robion during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jean-Cyrille Robion hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Aurelian Mirciu fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Erzurum25's protests and gave Aurelian Mirciu a yellow card for diving instead. Aílton Zonta shot the penalty kick right outside the post. With a little luck, Erzurum25's Bianco Di Camillo got control of the ball when Rick Grimes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Czerniak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tristan Vicente was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The supporters of Erzurum25 booed when Les 3 Quilles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavien Boutry didn't get a good kick on the ball.
