Spectators: 6849 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rafał Debes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Poul Hansen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Hannis Benjaminsen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 12th minute, Herbert Rói Jacobsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marni Thorsteinsson in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jákup Egholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes, Vágur's Hans Samuelsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hannis Benjaminsen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vágur reached it. If Poul Mikkelsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute Poul Mikkelsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jákup Egholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poul Hansen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hannis Benjaminsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Tórshavnar Ítróttarfelag getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jákup Djurhuus hit a great ball. Hannis Benjaminsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafał Debes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Marni Thorsteinsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Poul Mikkelsen made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Jákup Egholm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vágur's Jákup Egholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poul Mikkelsen in the 54th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Vágur got a freekick which was hit by Hans Samuelsen. In the 65th minute, Arnbjørn Løkin made a precise shot to the right of Hannis Benjaminsen. Tórshavnar Ítróttarfelag's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Rafał Debes scored 2-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hannis Benjaminsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 73rd match minute, Vágur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnbjørn Løkin to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes Tórshavnar Ítróttarfelag got a freekick which was hit by Bergur Martin Knudsen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafał Debes in the 81st minute of play forced Tórshavnar Ítróttarfelag's goalkeeper Hannis Benjaminsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Vágur players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
