Ásbjørn Djurhuus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Pauli Jacobsen in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Jákup Dalbúð shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ásbjørn Djurhuus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bárður Tórgarð received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bogi á Bø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, John Tórgarð hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Tórgarð hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the game, Atli Benjaminsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Svínáir FS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Depil the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Svínáir FS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atli Benjaminsen to maneuver through the defense. Bogi á Bø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bárður Tórgarð, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Christian Eliasen sent off a good shot on target. Depil's Ásbjørn Djurhuus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jákup Dalbúð in the 28th minute of play. Suni Samuelsen charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Suni Samuelsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Svínáir FS booed when Depil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Suni Samuelsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Depil getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Atli Martin Knudsen hit a great ball. Bogi á Bø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikkjal Martin Knudsen in the 37th minute of the match. Bárður Tórgarð struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Bogi á Bø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Depil. After a rather tough play, Svínáir FS's Fríðrikur Hansen got a free kick in the 45th minute. Bogi á Bø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikkjal Martin Knudsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Svínáir FS's Bogi á Bø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bárður Tórgarð in the 47th minute of play. The Svínáir FS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Depil were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jákup Dalbúð was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Suni Samuelsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mikkjal Martin Knudsen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simun Joensen in the 56th minute of play forced Depil's goalkeeper Ásbjørn Djurhuus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogi á Bø didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Depil's Mikkjal Martin Knudsen shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 67th match minute, Depil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Tórgarð to maneuver through the defense. Mikkjal Martin Knudsen fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 82nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Bogi á Bø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jákup Mikkelsen in the 84th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Depil's Bogi á Bø threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atli Martin Knudsen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Depil getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Anderson Danielsen hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Svínáir FS's Hanus Nolsøe tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jákup Mikkelsen kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Ásbjørn Djurhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Pauli Jacobsen in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Depil eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
