Spectators: 10871 (Terracing: 8154, Seating: 2500, VIP seats: 217) Meio Campo's Hjalgrím Kwieciński started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpected shot in the 3rd minute by Óli á Borg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 5 minutes into the match, GÍ Gøta's goal looked a bit too open when Ásbjørn Hansen came free, but Károly Mikkelsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Meio Campo's Atli Højsted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Meio Campo from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Jerzy Maurycy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Atli Højsted, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as GÍ Gøta's Óli á Borg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atli Højsted. That made the score 2-0 after 11 minutes of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Óli á Borg sped through Meio Campo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atli Højsted. In the 26th minute, Óli á Borg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atli Højsted was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Óli á Borg in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atli Højsted saved Meio Campo from getting behind. With a little luck, Meio Campo's Atli Højsted got control of the ball when Óli á Borg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, 冯杰凌 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Atli Højsted. The goal made the score 7-0. 冯杰凌 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atli Højsted having to make a save. In the 36th minute, GÍ Gøta's Óli á Borg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0. Hannis Dalbúð kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When GÍ Gøta's Óli á Borg in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meio Campo's goalie prevented a goal. Atli Højsted made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 冯杰凌 in the 42nd minute of play. Atli Højsted showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Maurycy, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 minutes of play, GÍ Gøta's Óli á Borg made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atli Højsted was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

GÍ Gøta's Fróði Danielsen was substituted for Símun Kruse. After 52nd play minutes Óli á Borg shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Atli Højsted and just under the crossbar into goal. 56 minutes into the match, 冯杰凌 notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Meio Campo's Atli Højsted. Atli Højsted was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Óli á Borg sped through Meio Campo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atli Højsted. The supporters of Meio Campo booed when GÍ Gøta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Óli á Borg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerzy Maurycy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atli Højsted having to make a save. 70 minutes into the game, Juliusz Kissel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Atli Højsted was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Óli á Borg sped through Meio Campo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Atli Højsted. After having played for 78 minutes, Óli á Borg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GÍ Gøta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Óli á Borg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atli Højsted came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by GÍ Gøta's Juliusz Kissel. But to his dismay, Juliusz Kissel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Óli á Borg put it in 16-0 from a short distance just to the right of Atli Højsted. In the 87thth minute of the game Óli á Borg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meio Campo's Atli Højsted was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Meio Campo defense, Jerzy Maurycy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atli Højsted. The Meio Campo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atli Højsted should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, GÍ Gøta's Óli á Borg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atli Højsted made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 18-0. Atli Højsted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Óli á Borg in the 97th minute of the match. GÍ Gøta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
